Restraint systems:

The seats and belt system have been specially developed for the CLEVER. Both the driver and passenger have 3-point seat belts with belt tensioners and 2-stage belt force limiters.

For the driver there is a new 2-chamber airbag to provide excellent protection for the head and chest.

The deforming integral headrest for the driver features energy-absorbing foam at its rear. Together with the defined deformation, in the event of a crash involving head contact, the passenger in the rear seat also has an excellent level of protection.
